Identify and develop new business opportunities with PSU's, MES, CPWD and PWD government departments
To Cover Government Projects, Builders, Related architects, contractors specific to Government departments
Identification & development of new distributors & channel partners in your territory and also conducting extensive field activities & follow-up on potential clients
Gather data of projects where our products have been specified
Participate in negotiations and meeting department officials, architects, channel partners, builders, contractors to incorporate our products in upcoming tenders
Getting Specification/Approvals in major Govt. Depart. / PSUs
Prepare and submit proposals and bids for government contracts.
Responsible for Market and Competitor Analysis
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned area
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to align strategies and goals
Schedule and conduct formal sales activities, including capabilities-based presentations
Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness
To co-ordinate sales and implement marketing policies and functions as directed
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Job Requirements:
Education Qualification: Any Graduate (Bachelor's in Marketing will be preferred)
Experience: 1 - 6 years of experience in the same industry (Construction/Building Materials/Windows & Doors is preferred)
Skills required: MS Office, Negotiation, Good in communication, Ability to generate own leads & maximum rate of lead conversion into orders
Willingness to travel frequently
Work location: Punjab, Haryana & Himachal Pradesh
Languages: English, Hindi & Punjabi
