Keerthi Nirmal Group is looking for an experienced
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
to manage and grow our business across the North Kerala districts assigned. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, managing distributors and sales teams, ensuring market coverage, and achieving collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve primary & secondary sales targets for the assigned districts
Manage and develop distributor and retailer networks
Lead, guide, and monitor Sales Officers / Sales Executives
Ensure effective route planning, beat coverage, and outlet productivity
Drive collections and outstanding control as per the company credit policy
Implement promotional schemes, product launches, and visibility activities
Monitor competition activity and provide market intelligence
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales & MIS reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
