Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, developing regional sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your assigned territory.

Qualification:

Any HSC or Graduate

Skill-set: Strong Communication, presentation and negotiation skill, leadership and team management skills,analytical mindset, Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Roles and Responsibilities:



1.Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and opportunities.

2.Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

3.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

4.Work closely with major clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

5.Regularly visit clients, prospects, and potential partners within the region to establish relationships and generate sales.

6.Use CRM tools and other sales software to monitor sales activity, pipeline, and conversion rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
