Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with
Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Dealers
.
Expand and manage the
dealer/distributor network
in the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue
private and government project
opportunities.
Conduct
territory mapping
: application-wise, segment-wise, and potential-wise.
Set and achieve
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
.
Provide timely
market feedback and competitor intelligence
.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure
smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction
.
Candidate Profile:
6-7 years of experience in the
building materials or real estate
.
Strong
network of architects, contractors, and distributors
in the region.
Excellent
negotiation, communication, and client-handling
skills.
Proven track record of
achieving sales targets independently
.
Based in Central Assam or willing to
relocate to Nagaon
.
