Area Sales Manager
to grow our retail footprint and distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Northeast India
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners
Drive product placement and visibility across general trade, modern trade, and local shops
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stockists
Track sales performance, collect market feedback, and report insights to the head office
Ensure smooth logistics and timely delivery coordination
Conduct product demos and promotional events to boost brand visibility
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably with dry fruits, food, or snacks category
Strong knowledge of the Northeast India retail and distribution network
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in local languages is a plus
