Job Description


Responsible for driving sales and building a strong presence in a designated geographical area and building relationships with distributors and retailers and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. Analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and ensuring product availability. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory by driving sales through various channels (e.g., distributors, direct dealers, retailers). - Manage, motivate, and train a sales team to achieve results, including setting targets and providing coaching. - Ensure effective distribution coverage by identifying and onboarding distributors and dealers, and optimizing inventory and stock planning. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to build and retain business. - Identify market opportunities, track competitor activity, and develop sales strategies to increase market share and brand visibility. - Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and gather customer feedback. - Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. - Support the launch of new products by promoting them to the sales team, distributors, and retailers. Qualification And Experience:1. MBA with 7-10 years of Experience in Home Appliance and Proven track record in driving sales, building relationships, and negotiating deals. 2. Strong understanding of market dynamics, competition, and sales strategies. 3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, distributors, and customers. 4. Ability to identify problems, analyze situations, and make effective decisions. 5. Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve performance. 6.
