Responsible for the complete management of sales targets and distribution for a particular Area within a region for entire range of products.
Responsible for Primary, Secondary sales for entire location.
Handling distributors, Super Stockiest and Company Depot
Looking after major key accounts.
Negotiating & organizing makeover activities in all the Major accounts.
Develops sales strategies for his Area in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager & Drives key initiatives in the region through his team of Front line field staff.
Manages the environment (Customers, Influencers). Identifies opportunities and manages them in a favourable manner.
Responsible for monitoring the field staff activities.
1. Identifying of New Distributors and Outlets
2. Handling customer enquiries and complaints
3. Must have proven record of reaching sales targets
4. Identifying new sales leads
5. Pitching products
6. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
7. Customer Acquisition & Retention as per targets
8. Customer Relationship Manager
9. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
10. Co-ordination with Management on sales
11. Co-ordination with Production unit for product availability.
12. Analyzing market trends and forming strategy in co-ordination Management.
13. Organizing sales visits.
14. Demonstrating and presenting products.
15. Establishing new business.
16. Maintaining accurate records.
17. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
18. Reviewing sales performance.
19. Negotiating contracts and packages.
20. Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
