Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven

Area Sales Manager

to oversee sales operations in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers/Executives across the region. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve regional sales goals. Identify market opportunities and drive new customer acquisition. Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.

Key Skills:



Graduation is mandatory. 3+ Year of experience in sales or marketing in any field. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven track record in achieving sales targets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in BFSI or insurance domain preferred
