We Are Hiring - Area Sales Manager

Uni-com India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales & distribution targets

Ensure all distributor KPIs are met consistently

Identify, appoint & manage new distributors

Lead, mentor, and improve team performance

Drive consistent sales growth in the assigned territory

Candidate Profile:

Experience: 8-12 years

Industry Preference: Mobile Handset / FMCG

Qualification: MBA (preferred)

Functional Area: Sales

Job Location: Onsite - Ambala & Kurukshetra

Compensation: Hike on current CTC + Attractive Incentives
