Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales activities in the assigned area
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and MIS for management
Requirements:
Any graduation is mandatory
1-5 years of experience in sales or area sales management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in Insurance or FMCG sector preferred
Good knowledge of the local market and locality of Chamoli district
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
