to lead sales operations and business expansion for our EV Charging Station network across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving franchise development, business growth, and ensuring smooth operational management within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue goals.
Identify and onboard new franchise partners and business associates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and franchisees.
Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of EV charging stations within the assigned territory.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential expansion areas.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of business plans and promotional activities.
Prepare periodic sales reports and performance analyses.
Ensure timely resolution of operational and customer-related issues.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum qualification:
Graduate (Any discipline)
Minimum
3 years of experience
in Sales and Marketing (experience in EV, automobile, or related industries preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing field operations.
Willingness to travel extensively across districts in Kerala.
