Job Description

Assisting the Sales Head in the sales operation process.

Co-ordinating with Cluster Heads on daily basis to drive sales activity.

Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.

Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.

Building strong relationship with the old and new existing customers.

Providing training sessions to the new team members.

Maintaining a positive working environment for the employees.

Following and developing the sales process and effective sales strategies.

Expanding product and working knowledge through various sales channels.

Formulate tour plan, travel to different places and build a strong dealers / distributors network.

Formulate, implement and evaluate the parameters of KPI's and discuss with the sales team.

Preparing sales reports on monthly basis.

Surprize visit to CMD dealers, if required.

Arranging weekly / monthly meetings.

Location: Durg,Ambikapur,Jagdalpur

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per year
