Civil / Mechanical Engineering

or related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Sales & Marketing Head

to lead our business development and sales strategy in the

PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)

industry across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the PEB market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of generating business through industrial, warehousing, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales and marketing team across Gujarat. Develop and implement strategic business development plans. Identify and target new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure segments. Drive revenue growth and expand market share in the PEB industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Work closely with design, estimation, and project execution teams to deliver customized client solutions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of PEB systems, steel structures, and construction methods. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Client relationship management. Strategic sales planning and execution. Understanding of pricing, estimation, and tendering processes.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience (Industry-best package + Incentives)
