Responsibilities: Being an Area Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager the following responsibilities are to be fulfilled: \xc2\xb7 Strategizing effective and efficient sales plans based on regional demands. \xc2\xb7 Identifying opportunities for sales in the Kolkata Location market. \xc2\xb7 Direct communication with customers (Principal, Teachers & Librarian) for understanding requirements and concerns. \xc2\xb7 Building and maintaining a School\xe2\x80\x99s & Academic clients and having strong relationships \xc2\xb7 Attending events and entertaining clients to build rapport. \xc2\xb7 Following up with clients for feedback on their sales experience and overall satisfaction \xc2\xb7 Meeting with clients in-person and over the phone to stay updated on their needs. \xc2\xb7 Research market trends to identify new potential clients and generate new leads for their sales team. \xc2\xb7 Introduce and present products and services to the customers. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring and analyzing competitions. \xc2\xb7 Report preparation and presentation to Sales Director Requirements: A Manager is responsible for a very critical role in a company, and thus the job requires some specific experiences and skillsets: Professional/Practical Experience: \xc2\xb7 Prior 5-10 Years experience of being in the Publishing Sales Field. \xc2\xb7 Experience in field sales jobs \xc2\xb7 Practical experience in sales and revenue improvement \xc2\xb7 Developing strategies for sales and performance enhancement Skills: \xc2\xb7 Organizational skills are a must. \xc2\xb7 Communication skills \xc2\xb7 Leadership skills \xc2\xb7 Analysis and problem-solving Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9559,447.92 - \xe2\x82\xb91,089,112.64 per year Benefits:
