Key responsibilities :
Build and expand a strong dealer and distributor network across Indore and central India.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in tier-2 and tier-3 markets.
Conduct territory mapping, sales forecasting, and pipeline management to ensure steady growth.
Strengthen customer relationships by providing prompt solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
Drive monthly sales achievements through effective planning and execution.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to recommend sales strategies.
Lead product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners.
Participate in regional trade fairs and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure after-sales support and complaint resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education
: Graduate in Mechanical/Automobile/Engineering or MBA in Marketing (preferred).
Experience
: 2-5 years of sales experience in the automobile industry (Battery tester,battery charger or auto components).
Strong knowledge of the Madhya Pradesh automobile market and dealer ecosystem.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good command over English, Hindi, and Regional language
