Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned area to meet or exceed sales targets and market share goals.
Team Management:
Lead, train, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives, ensuring they achieve their individual and team goals.
Sales & Market Development:
Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and drive sales growth for battery testers and chargers.
Customer & Distributor Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Provide detailed product information, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively answer customer queries regarding battery testers and chargers.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and collect customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure successful campaign rollouts and product strategies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
