Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive strategies.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales (experience in the same industry is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-driven with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi (preferred).
Willingness to travel within Kolkata as required.
