Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell
pneumatic automation products and solutions
, including:
Pneumatic Solenoid Valves
Pneumatic Cylinders
FRLs (Filter-Regulator-Lubricator)
Tubes, Fittings, and related accessories
Identify, engage, and develop business opportunities with
OEMs, end-users, and distributors
in the assigned region.
Provide
technical consultation, demonstrations, and product recommendations
to customers.
Achieve
monthly and annual sales turnover targets
for the territory.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Submit
sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
to management.
Participate in regional trade shows, seminars, and customer events to promote brand visibility.
Collaborate with the
technical support/service team
for after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree / Diploma
in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
2-5 years
of sales experience in
pneumatic automation / industrial automation
(experience with brands like Festo, SMC, Parker, Airtac, Janatics preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of
pneumatic systems and industrial applications
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of
achieving sales targets
.
Willingness to
travel extensively
across Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana.
Proficiency in English and at least one local language (Telugu/Kannada) will be an advantage.
Self-motivated and target-oriented individual.
Employment Terms
Probationary Period:
