ey Responsibilities:*
1. Sales Generation:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the garments sector.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and market conditions affecting garment sales.
- Analyze competitor offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product performance.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including fabrics, styles, and fashion trends.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to stay updated on new collections and product launches.
5. Sales Presentations & Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients.
- Create compelling proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs.
6. Reporting:
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and issues for continuous improvement.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
8. Networking & Events:
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Represent the company professionally throughout all interactions.
