Department: Sales - Vending Business
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Area Sales Executive (ASE) with experience in vending machine
sales and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, acquiring new
business opportunities, and ensuring smooth installation and servicing of vending solutions across the
Delhi NCR / Chennai region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate offices, commercial spaces, hospitals,
educational institutions, and co-working spaces for vending machine installations.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-installation support.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling.
Coordinate with technical/service teams for timely machine installations and maintenance.
Monitor vending machine performance, usage, and product replenishment cycles.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to refine strategy.
Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and visit logs.
Must-Have Requirements:
3-8 years of experience in vending machine sales, vending operations, or allied services (e.g., foodservice,
corporate services).
Good understanding of vending equipment (hot beverages, snacks, cold beverages).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with Delhi NCR market and key corporate/commercial hubs.
Good-to-Have:
Experience in handling vending machine AMCs or service coordination.
Basic knowledge of machine tech support, servicing timelines, or troubleshooting coordination.
Exposure to premium vending or smart vending platforms.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
