To drive sales growth by appointing dealers and retailers, generating leads, building strong market presence, and supporting channel partners with product knowledge, sales support, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and retailers within the assigned territory.
Conduct market scanning, cold calling, and lead generation to expand customer base.
Develop in-depth knowledge of company profile, product range, and technical aspects of uPVC windows.
Drive sales of uPVC windows while providing support to dealers, fabricators, and retailers.
Engage with prospective customers and represent the company at all levels.
Maintain and update a comprehensive database of customers, including dealers, retailers, builders, architects, government officials, and end-users.
Strengthen brand presence and ensure consistent visibility in the assigned territory.
Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil / Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience in channel sales, dealer management, or building materials industry.
Prior experience in uPVC windows, construction materials, or related field will be an added advantage.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong sales and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of uPVC windows / building materials industry preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for database management.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
