Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends
Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
Present and promote company products/services to customers.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master's degree or PGDM in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
