- Recruit and hire talented insurance agents.

- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge.

- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals.

- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and feedback.

- Address team challenges and resolve conflicts promptly.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- 2+ years of field sales experience

- Driver's license and bike ownership

- Local candidate preferred
