Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory/region.
Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand competitor activity and customer trends.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.
Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and field campaigns.
Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and territory insights to management.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
Requirements:
1-3 years of field sales experience
(industry-specific experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Good understanding of local markets and customer behavior.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and frequent travel within the assigned area.
Graduation mandatory.
