The Area Sales Executive is responsible for managing sales operations within an assigned territory, achieving sales targets, developing new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and expand customer base in the assigned area
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients regularly
Promote company products/services and explain features & benefits
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Collect orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely collections
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Prepare daily visit reports and sales performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Participate in sales promotions, exhibitions, and marketing activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in field sales (freshers may also apply)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Two-wheeler required with valid driving license
