Sales Candidate Roles & Responsibilities (3-5 Years Experience) - Surgitech Company.
- Identify and onboard new hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including surgeons, procurement officers, and hospital management.
- Provide detailed product presentations and technical demonstrations of surgical instruments, devices, and equipment to medical professionals.
- Attend surgeries (if required) to support clinical staff with proper product usage and application.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and execute territory-wise sales plans to maximize product penetration and revenue growth.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic inputs to the regional manager or sales head.
- Stay updated with the latest medical technology, product upgrades, and industry regulations.
- Ensure all sales practices comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.
