Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and agreements.
Maintain client databases, sales records, and prepare sales reports.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities, events, and product launches.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the perfume industry.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Perfumes , Deos , FMCG, cosmetics, or fragrance/perfume sector.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Interest in perfumes, fragrances, and beauty products.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Presentable, enthusiastic, and target-driven personality.
