Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Loan Sourcing Executive to identify and onboard potential customers for various loan products. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a good understanding of financial products, and the ability to build trust

Key Responsibilities

Source potential customers for personal, business, home, or vehicle loans through field visits, referrals, and digital channels Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to clients Collect and verify customer documents and ensure timely submission to the processing team Maintain relationships with channel partners, agents, and referral networks Achieve monthly sourcing targets and contribute to overall business growth Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline Prior experience in loan sourcing, banking, or financial services preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Basic understanding of loan products and financial documentation Proficiency in local language(s) and English.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
