Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, building strong dealer/distributor relationships, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and project clients in the assigned area Visit architects, electrical consultants, contractors, and project sites regularly Pitch and demonstrate LED lighting products with technical know-how Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure conversion Meet monthly sales and collection targets Maintain regular MIS reports, market feedback, and customer records Coordinate with the back-office team for dispatch and after-sales support Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and schemes

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in LED lighting / electrical products / building material sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of target achievement and client handling Willingness to travel extensively within the region Good understanding of lighting products and applications Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM (Zoho preferred) Language proficiency: Local language + English/Hindi
