Overview:
Aadhi Glass is hiring a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the building materials industry (glass, facade solutions, UPVC, etc.). The role involves building long term relationship with existing & potential customers, working on leads given by the team, independently generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build long term relationship with existing & potential customers
Drive end-to-end sales - from pitching to closing deals
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Regularly update CRM with client interactions and sales progress
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns
Share weekly reports and updates with the Sales Head
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with marketing and attend trade shows or exhibitions
Requirements:
2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials space.
Proven experience in channel sales and working with professionals such as architects, facade consultants, civil engineers, etc.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
