Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets.
Develop new clients and manage existing customer relationships.
Conduct market visits to identify opportunities and competitors.
Execute sales strategies to increase market presence.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in field sales (BFSI/Telecom/Insurance preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-focused and self-motivated.
Graduation preferred.
