value-added peanut snack products
in the FMCG market. We are looking for a passionate and driven
Sales Executive
to help us establish and grow our brand presence across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales for the new peanut snack product range in Chennai and surrounding areas.
Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
Build strong relationships with modern trade, general trade, and HORECA channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with accountability and ownership.
Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase product visibility.
Gather market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales strategy.
Maintain proper records of sales, collections, and reports.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years in FMCG food product sales or distribution (snacks, beverages, dry fruits, etc.).
Education:
Any graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good market knowledge and dealer networking ability.
Goal-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
Ability to plan and execute independently.
License:
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
