Area Sales Executive

to drive solar energy adoption across
residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
In this role, you actively seek out potential clients, pitch customized solar solutions and help power a sustainable future -- one installation at a time.

Key Responsibilities



1. Identify potential customers through direct outreach, networking, referrals and
local market research.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial and industrial
clients.

3. Present and promote solar panel solutions, highlighting environmental and cost-
saving benefits.

4. Conduct site visits, understand customer needs and offer tailored product
recommendations.

5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.

6. Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.

7. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report on performance regularly.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and new technologies.

Requirements



1. 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in solar, electrical or energy-related
sectors.

2. Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.

3. Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of working independently.

4. Ability to travel within the assigned area for client visits and site inspections.

5. Basic knowledge of solar products and installations is a plus (training will be
provided).

6. Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
