Generate New Business:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and attending industry events.
Manage the Sales Cycle:
Handle the entire sales process, from identifying and qualifying leads to delivering presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Conduct Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the assigned territory to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management
Build and Maintain Relationships:
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Customer Support:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the area, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing post-sales support.
Present Products and Services:
Conduct regular client visits and presentations to demonstrate products and services, explain their benefits, and advise on solutions that meet the client's needs.
Reporting and Strategy
Create Sales Reports:
Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to senior management on a regular basis (e.g., weekly or monthly).
Develop Sales Strategy:
Work with management to create and implement sales strategies and plans to grow revenue and market share in the designated area.
Utilize CRM Software:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and lead information using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
