Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identifying and contacting potential new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Client Engagement:

Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase offerings and address client needs.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiating sales terms, contracts, and packages to finalize deals and close sales successfully.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Market Research:

Conducting market research to understand trends, identify gaps, and evaluate customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Sales Performance:

Working towards achieving monthly or annual sales targets and reporting on sales performance.

Account Management:

Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, seeking opportunities for upselling, and addressing any client concerns.

Internal Collaboration:

Liaising with internal teams like marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Event Participation:

Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present, persuade, and build rapport.

The ability to negotiate contracts and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
