Promote and sell automobile paints, coatings, and related products.
Generate new leads through market visits, calls, and networking.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, workshops, and automotive clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable paint solutions.
Track competitor activities and share market insights with management.
Maintain daily visit reports and update sales records.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Job Requirements
Education
: Any graduate (Commerce, Science, or Engineering preferred).
Experience
: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Freshers should have good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
Experienced candidates with sales background in paints, chemicals, automotive products, or FMCG will be preferred.
Skills
:
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Customer relationship management.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to travel.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Language
: Tamil + English/Hindi (as per region).
