We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business development manager to join our team in the Electrical and Electronics division to promote our tape products into Automobile industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, product application guidance, and customized solutions to meet the needs of customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical and electronics systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, helping them with product selection, system integration, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems.
Product Application:
Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions using our products and services.
System Design and Integration
: Assist in the design, integration, and commissioning of electrical and electronics systems, ensuring they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Customer Training:
Conduct training sessions for customers, teaching them how to effectively use and maintain electrical and electronic products.
Collaborate with R&D:
Work alongside the research and development team to provide feedback on product performance and help in designing improvements or new products based on customer needs.
Technical Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation, such as product specifications, application notes, and installation guides.
Problem Resolution:
Act as a technical expert to address and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the electrical and electronics sectors and contribute to the development of new solutions based on market demands.
Project Management:
Assist in project management activities, including scheduling, cost estimation, and technical specification creation, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Customer Feedback:
Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance the product offerings and improve application performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as an Application Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role within the electrical/electronics industry.
Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, components, and applications.
Experience with product development, testing, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical and electronic systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
Mandatory to travel to customer sites and give solutions.
