, you will be responsible for driving institutional partnerships by onboarding preschools, daycare centers, and learning spaces in your assigned area. This is a high-ownership, on-ground role ideal for someone who thrives in field sales and can build strong B2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit preschools, daycare centers, and institutions in assigned areas
Pitch Joonears' transport service to school admins, decision-makers, and staff
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions
Drive onboarding, documentation, and ensure smooth handover to operations team
Collect insights from schools/parents and share them with internal teams
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in EdTech, logistics, or service startups
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in
Tamil and English
Comfortable working on the field, visiting 4-6 institutions a day
High ownership and willingness to work in a startup environment
Two-wheeler preferred (with valid license)
