to lead business growth through effective client engagement, negotiation, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:



Prospect and identify

new business opportunities across targeted sectors in India.

Conduct high-impact sales presentations

and product demos tailored to client needs.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts

with prospective clients in alignment with company policies.

Close deals efficiently and confidently

, ensuring win-win outcomes for both client and company. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal) to support the sales cycle and customer onboarding. Maintain a detailed pipeline and activity log using CRM tools, reporting weekly progress to management. Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences in the Indian market.

Required Qualifications:



Proven ability to

negotiate and close complex deals

with senior-level clients. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and one or more regional Indian languages. Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a startup-style setup. Willingness to travel within India and occasionally abroad.
