Position Overview
The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and ensuring consistent achievement of primary and secondary sales targets. The role involves working closely with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to strengthen market presence and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Drive exceptional growth by expanding existing markets and tapping into new opportunities.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans.
Ensure primary and secondary sales targets are achieved within specified timelines.
Team Management & Target Setting
Support, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve territory-wise targets.
Break down sales targets into weekly and daily goals to ensure continuous progress.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
Distribution & Market Coverage
Build and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure product availability and visibility.
Strengthen coverage, distribution, and display standards across assigned regions.
Work closely with distributors to ensure stock availability, timely billing, and adherence to company policies.
Sales Administration & Reporting
Ensure proper implementation of all sales administration processes in the region.
Submit timely and accurate sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis.
Track and share weekly performance updates and field activity reports with management.
Marketing Coordination
Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure POSMs, promotional materials, and merchandising tools are available as required.
Support execution of marketing campaigns and ensure brand visibility across outlets.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities to meet turnover and profitability goals.
Execute market activation plans to enhance brand presence and drive sales growth.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related discipline).
Minimum
10+ years of overall experience
in Sales, including
3+ years in a managerial role
within a reputable OTC/FMCG company.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
Proven track record in distributor management, secondary sales management, and territory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
