Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Thiruvananthapuram. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the performance of the sales team. You will also be expected to conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve traveling within your designated area to meet clients, provide product demonstrations, and close sales deals.
Qualification required
Proven experience in sales management and sales strategy development
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-5 years of experience in sales management
Must be located in commutable distance to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India
Preferred Qualification
Experience in the interior decor or building material or luxury goods industry
Team management and leadership skills
Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
Must have a valid driver's license
Experience with Field Sales Management
Experience with Wholesale Building Materials
Willingness to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
Ability to start immediately
