Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for an Area Sales Executive. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets - primary and secondary. ASE will also work closely to organize trainings at our partner outlets. Qualifications Sales and marketing skills, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and campaigns Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing and analyzing sales data Experience in the haircare industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable travelling within the assigned territory to meet customers and achieve sales targets Excellent time management and organizational skills Understanding of the hair care industry and familiarity with curly and wavy hair needs is a plus Passionate about building and maintaining relationships with customers
