Design and implement a virtual Dukaandar onboarding strategy Build, train, and manage a high-performance team of Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers across multiple regions Drive virtual Dukaandar adoption among local markets, especially in untapped areas Lead channel development and identify new growth opportunities through strategic alliances Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), set targets, and ensure data-driven execution Requirements 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail tech, FMCG or E-commerce marketplace operations Proven experience in building and scaling regional sales teams Strong understanding of the Indian market Passionate about empowering local businesses and driving digital transformation Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ?15,150.61 - ?54,543.69 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: Remote
