Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Promote hotel rooms, banquet halls, conferences, weddings, and other services
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings
Prepare and negotiate contracts, rate agreements, and proposals
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Attend trade shows, networking events, and sales promotions
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback
