We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
to initiate and manage the sale of
raw construction materials
across our target region. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and negotiator, capable of developing new business and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires extensive travel and a strong commitment to ethical business practices.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Initiate and drive sales
of raw materials for construction, focusing on achieving and exceeding set targets.
Cover the respective nearby cities
within the assigned territory, actively seeking new business opportunities.
Develop and implement
new sales strategies
to penetrate markets and increase market share.
Conduct regular
meetings with new and existing clients
to present products, understand their needs, and secure orders.
Client & Vendor Management
Demonstrate strong
liaisoning qualities
to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring effective
follow-up
on orders, deliveries, and payments.
Leverage excellent
negotiation skills
to finalize sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Communication & Reporting
Maintain
good communication skills
in both
English and Hindi (compulsory)
for professional correspondence and client interaction.
