, is looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Sambalpur.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities by visiting architects, contractors, interior designers, and dealers.
Promote our range of PVC and WPC products to potential clients in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
Provide technical information and product demonstrations to customers.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to payment collection and after-sales support.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
1-5 years in Sales and Marketing (Building Materials/Interior Hardware industry preferred).
Niche Advantage:
Candidates with experience in
WPC (Wood Plastic Composite)
or
PVC
products will be given a significant advantage.
Mandatory:
Must own a
two-wheeler
with a valid
Driving License
.
Preference:
Local candidates from Sambalpur and nearby areas are highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a field-oriented mindset.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary:
?15,000 to ?20,000 per month (depending on experience).
Statutory Benefits:
PF (Provident Fund) and ESI as per government norms.
