, Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mahindra, Hundai etc and our head office is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Residential Eligibility

We are seeking for Native or Permanent resident

of

Bareilly, U.P.

or 10-15 kilometer of surrounding area of Bareilly, who can take care of sales of ROYAL ENFIELD spare parts to our wholesaler, retailer's and distributors in Bareilly or surrounding area of Bareilly, U.P.
Note

:- Permanent resident mean that

"

the candidate is living in Bareilly in his own house OR in any close relative owned house from where he can perform his duties"*.

Work experience

*:-

Must have min 2-3 year's of work experience in Field Sales & Business Development to distribution channel in Auto spare parts

OR

FMCG products

OR

other similar products.

Work experience in Service industry, NBFC, Bank, Loan / Finance, Investment, Showroom / Indoor Sales / Payments Banks etc.

Educational qualification and skills:-

Bachelor's Degree, MBA-Marketing will prefer. Must have own Bike and valid Driving License.
Job role and responsibilities:-

Sales of spare parts to wholesaler, distributor, retailer, mechanics etc. Negotiate the price and close the deal and get order from existing customers and assign new ones for business development. Visiting the area assigned to you by the Senior Reporting Manager on a regular basis. Regular attending the review meeting with sales reports on time in hour head office. Achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
CTC per month:-

Rs. 20,000-30,000/- per month (Negotiable) + Incentives min Rs. 5,000-7,000/- + Travelling Allowance Rs. 5,000-8,000/- pm + DA + PF / ESIC + Medical Insurance + Life insurance.
