Role Overview
We are seeking a
result-oriented Area Sales Manager
who will be responsible for meeting clients in the market, understanding their business needs, and offering our pre-developed IT products as suitable solutions. The candidate should be proactive in generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and approach potential clients through market visits, references, and networking.
Meet clients face-to-face, understand their requirements, and present suitable
ready-made applications and e-commerce website solutions
.
Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
Work closely with the internal team for smooth onboarding and delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
6 months -2 years of sales experience (IT/software industry preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and match them with company products.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork/market visits.
Good knowledge of
IT products, applications, and e-commerce websites
.
