We're looking for

dynamic Sales Executives

to strengthen our distribution and retail network for

ASM Filters

.

Experience:

3-4 years in automotive sales (spares, filters, lubricants aftermarket). Automotive sales experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets in assigned territory Build & strengthen distributor/retailer relationships Conduct regular market visits to expand coverage Track competitor activities & share market insights Support channel partners to increase market penetration Drive visibility and growth of ASM Filters in the region

Key Deliverables:

Steady sales growth quarter-on-quarter Strong distribution & retail presence Timely feedback from market & customers Support channel profitability and customer satisfaction

Must-Have Skills:

Strong field sales experience in

automotive industry

Excellent communication in

Hindi, English & local language

Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills

Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

Self-motivated with a growth mindset
