We are an FMCG company that is rapidly growing and expanding our market presence. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Executive to join our team and help us drive our sales in the assigned area.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a sales plan for the assigned area that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay up-to-date with market trends and competition. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Achieve sales targets and revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and expanding the customer base. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, trends, and results. Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers. Stay updated with the latest product information and features to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
